If there is no network already set up, DNS as a Service can be created via the network creation wizard. Alternatively, if a network is already created, the DNS Hosted Zone creation wizard can create a zone and attach a network.
Via the Network Creation Wizard:

To create a domain from the network creation wizard, navigate to Networks under Networking.

Step through the network creation wizard normally.

When ready to enter a field into the DNS Domain text box, enter the name of the domain such as “my-domain-name.net”.

Finish the creation wizard, and the domain will appear in the DNS menu.
Via The DNS Creation Wizard:

To implement DNS as a Service when a network has already been created, navigate to DNS under Networks.

Click on the create button to open the creation wizard.

Enter the desired domain name such as “my-domain.name.net”, add the desired network from the dropdown menu, and then push Ok.
