Step 1:

• Navigate to the Block storage menu under the Storage category via the hamburger menu or the service catalog.

• Clicking the name or the row of the desired volume will reveal additional menu options for that volume.

• With the volume selected, clicking on the attach button from the additional menu that appeared below the breadcrumb navigation will open the attach volume wizard.

  

  
  
  

• From the virtual machine dropdown menu, select the desired instance to attach this volume to, and clicking 'Ok' will attach it after some processing.
