Creating a New Volume

Step 1:

Navigate to the Block Storage menu under the Storage category via the hamburger menu or the service catalog.

This menu displays the created block storage volumes.

Upon clicking the create button, the create volume wizard will open.

Complete the wizard by naming and describing the volume, selecting the storage pool from the dropdown menu, sizing the volume, and selecting any available protection plans.

Clicking ‘Ok‘ will create the volume.
